Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and KingTradezz ("we", "us") for KingTradezz memberships, the website and the KingTradezz Discord server (together, the "Service"). By joining or paying, you accept them, along with our Risk Disclosure, Cancellation and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, able to form a binding contract, and allowed to use the Service where you live. You are responsible for complying with the laws and with Kalshi's rules that apply to you.
2. The Service
The Service publishes the positions the King takes on his own account and their results, and provides a community. What each rank receives is described on the membership page at the time you join. We may improve, change or stop features, channels or formats, and the markets the King trades may change over time. We do not promise any number of calls, any frequency, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Information, education and entertainment only; no advice
Everything in the Service reports what the King has done on his own account and is provided for information, education and entertainment only. It is the same for every member at a rank and is never based on your positions or circumstances. It is not investment, financial, trading, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any contract. You alone decide whether and how to trade, and you bear the results.
The desk, in #war-room, in #ask-the-king and anywhere else, discusses only the King's own positions and reasoning. It will not ask about, review or comment on your positions, balance, size, risk or plans, will not tell you what to do with your account, and will not trade for or direct any account but the King's own. Do not post your own account details anywhere in the Service. Position sizes shown to the Royal Council reflect the King's own bankroll and risk, not a suggestion for yours. See the Risk Disclosure.
4. Your Discord account
Your membership is linked to the Discord account you sign in with, and access is delivered through Discord roles. You are responsible for keeping that account secure. Discord's own terms apply to your use of Discord. If you change Discord accounts, contact us.
5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
- Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly or monthly), and you will be charged the then-current price for your rank until you cancel.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Free trial. Where offered, a free trial lasts the stated number of days and is available once per person and Discord account. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership starts and your card is charged automatically.
- Founding and promotional prices apply as stated in the offer. A founding price stays in place for as long as your membership continues without a gap, including if you change rank; it ends if your membership ends.
- Price changes. We will tell you about a price increase by email or in Discord at least 7 days before it applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before it takes effect.
- If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. Access may be suspended until payment succeeds, and the membership may end if it does not.
The Inner Circle
- The Inner Circle is a single payment, not a subscription; it never renews. It buys membership of the King's Inner Circle on Kalshi, a feature run by Kalshi that shows Inner Circle members private parts of his Kalshi profile.
- You need your own Kalshi account. You give your Kalshi username at checkout and send a join request from the KingTradezz profile in the Kalshi app; the King accepts paid requests by hand, normally within one business day. If a request cannot be matched to a paid order within 14 days, we will contact you or refund you.
- What members see, and whether the feature exists at all, is controlled by Kalshi and may change. Membership lasts for as long as the King keeps his Inner Circle and Kalshi offers it. It does not include KingTradezz's live posts, which come with a rank.
- Membership ends if the payment is refunded or reversed, or if you are removed for breaking these terms. Sharing or reselling what you see in the Inner Circle is a breach of these terms.
6. Changing rank
You can change rank from your account page. An upgrade starts immediately and you are charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current period. A downgrade or a change to a shorter billing period starts at your next renewal.
7. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account page ("Manage membership"). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
8. House rules
You may not: share, repost, sell or forward members-only content outside your channels; share your access; scrape or automate collection of content; impersonate us or anyone else; solicit members; post unlawful, abusive or misleading content; or interfere with the Service. We may remove content, and may suspend or end a membership that breaks these rules, without refund.
9. Our content
The Service and its content belong to us or our licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view it for your own use while your membership is active.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. Calls may be late, missing or wrong.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the website or in Discord before they take effect; continuing your membership after that means you accept them.
