Cancellations and refunds

How to cancel
- Go to your account and sign in with Discord.
- Press Manage membership, then Cancel.
That is all. No email, call or chat is needed, and you'll get a confirmation from Stripe. If you can't reach your account, email from the address you paid with and we'll cancel for you.
What happens after you cancel
Your membership stays active, with all your channels, until the end of the current weekly or monthly period; then your Discord rank is removed. You can rejoin at any time at the current price. Founding or promotional prices don't carry over to a new membership.
Free trials
If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you don't, your membership begins automatically when the trial ends and the first payment is taken.
Refunds
Because members receive calls from the moment a period starts, payments for a period that has started are not refundable, and we don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it. If you were charged because of an error on our side, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you had cancelled, email us within 30 days and we'll refund it.
The Inner Circle
The Inner Circle is a one-time payment and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Once the King has accepted your Kalshi request, the payment is not refundable except where the law requires it or for an error on our side. If your request can't be accepted (for example, the username doesn't match a Kalshi account), we refund you in full. A refunded or reversed payment ends membership.
Changing rank instead
If the price or content isn't right for you, you can move to a different rank from the same page. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
